Behavior: mostly extroverted, Ginny sometimes speaks before she thinks, and although this can be just what's needed in certain situations, it can lead her into trouble. She's got a flaming temper in accordance with her hair, though she is determined to be as normal a teenage girl as one can be, despite everything. She also holds a well of anger that she's not quite sure what to do with, and sometimes it scares her a little. Cheerful but impatient. She's nice and friendly, and doesn't judge people by their popularity (i.e., Luna is one of her good friends), but she hates it when people pretend to be what they're not. Character's history since the end of HBP till now: During her sixth year, Ginny was determined not to pine for Harry, and cast about for another boy. She kissed a few (Anthony Goldstein, Blaise Zabini, some fourth-year with pimples) but never was serious with anyone. She tried to throw herself into her studies, but it was awfully difficult with everything going on, so her grades rather languished. She became closer to Luna Lovegood, and spent a lot of time thinking about the War and Voldemort, and, though she tries not to, Tom Riddle and her first year.
In her seventh year, Ginny got a little more on top of her studies, because her mother wants her to do well on her N.E.W.T.s, but still found it hard to care. Hours spent with Luna just talking increased; hours spent in the library decreased. Around April she began to panic, though, and threw herself passionately into studying; she's just done her N.E.W.T.s and she did better than she had expected. Now, she’s really not sure what to do with herself….
